The Life Check-In — a guided reflection across the ten themes of the Living Life Well model — is now available as a free download on the Resources page. No login required. Everything stays on your own device.
Where Am I Now? — free for everyone.
A new free resource is now available at aliheathfield.com/whereaminow. Where Am I Now? is a short five-minute reflection covering three areas: how life is for you now, where your energy is going, and what you most need right now. No subscription or sign-up required.
